Read What Customers Say About Us

I won't take my RV anywhere else for repairs. I read every review for Roger's RV before I brought in my RV. Well, I had every bit of the five star experience that others have reported. A special shoutout to Ryan, who has the best customer service skills you will find anywhere. He is extremely friendly, calm, helpful, and knowledgeable! Ryan reviewed the repairs I needed, and he provided various options at different cost levels. As an example, I had a cracked bathroom counter that was particle board with a thin laminate coating. I could have replaced the entire counter, but Ryan suggested sealing and staining, which would save me $. I admit to being concerned about the outcome, particularly after my son-in-law said that he didn't think it would look very good. Well, we were both surprised and WOWED at the outcome. The countertop looks beautiful--much better than before! I also had a minor incident while pulling out of my property on the way to the appointment. Again, a cheaper repair option was offered. I went with that option and it looks amazing! I can't even tell that the area had been damaged. Another thing that I appreciated was the fact that I could not get in to pick up my RV until a week after it was ready, and Ryan said that was fine. I have a 29-ft. Itasca Cambria that took up a bit of space on the lot, so it had to have been a bit of an inconvenience--but there was no pressure to pick it up sooner. The shop at Roger's RV is also very cute and comfortable, and I picked up a few needed supplies. As FYI, Roger's RV does not do any engine work--not even oil changes--but they do just about everything else!

I am new to trailer camping and bought a second hand fiberglass "Casita". They are not very common in California. Departure time for my extended road trip crept up on me so by the time I wanted to make a appt for a check up the schedule was very tight. I spoke with Ryan and he said that despite being booked for the next 3 weeks, he would try. It turned out that the service needed was more extensive than I expected - reasonable since it was over 10 years old and the previous owners had "deferred" (ignored) maintenance on it, he got me out on time to hit my target departure date. Not only that, but after I left I had some questions unrelated to the work done and he promptly returned my call with all the answers I needed. Going forward, I will use only this merchant for my "baby"! Assuming they'll have me; i was a pretty incompetent customer :)

Can't say enough about this place! Dropped our "new to us" fifth wheel off to get it serviced to hit the road. Met with Ryan who gave us fair estimates for wash/wax, packing axles etc. he was competent and friendly. Store staff were engaging and helpful. I'll update again once we pick up but we're sure we'll receive 5 star service.

These guys are hardworking and conscientious (although not particularly fast). I've taken them both big jobs and small ones, and they've always done great work for me.

Bill and I have been customers for many years, and today we decided to visit their new Tracy site: Much larger store with more products, and this facility has the capacity to work on more RV's, lots of new equipment, etc.  Really a sweet set up for working on all types of RVs. Hey, we all know it isn't everyday that you find a company with the commitment to provide quality and high standards. This family-owned business of 53 years is the place you can entrust your RV to be well cared for...Again, we are impressed with RCT's new location, and we are delighted that Paul and Ryan's new site is doing well. We encourage everyone to continue to give RCT your business.  Thanks again Paul for the tour of your facility in Tracy, CA. We wish RCT the very best in the years ahead.

By far the best customer service in campers and trailers, or any RV repair. The staff at Rogers Camping Trailers are the nicest people I may have ever met. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my truck camper anytime I bring it in. I recently found out they moved to Tracy and living in Oakland, that did not stop me to make the drive and have my camper serviced with them. I do not even bother looking somewhere else. These are my RV guys for all days to come!

All I can say is the people in the Tracy area are lucky to have Roger's Camping Trailers relocate to your area. I have been doing business with Roger's for 25+ years and every time I have a problem they always have the solution. They are the good old fashioned family owned and operated business and will be there for generations to come. I don't care where you have been going for your RV Repair give Roger's a try and you will not go any where else.

I've been taking my 1996 19' Nomad camping trailer here for a few years now. Every time I go I feel like I leave with quality work being done and honest opinions on questions about my trailer. I was a bit of a novice and they also took the time to explain many things about my trailer that I bought. I will always try to return here with my RV or trailer when any work is needed.

This is a good old fashioned family business with high standards, excellent customer service and great workmanship. We purchased our first RV from Rogers in 2002. It was our first RV and they walked us through everything so that we would have nothing but success. Fast forward ... after over 120 trips in that RV (!) we decided to trade it in and upgrade a bit.  Unfortunately Rogers no longer sells RVs and we purchased our new RV elsewhere. A lot has changed in the past decade. RVs cost a lot more but are poorly made and nothing is durable.  Note, don't ever buy a KEYSTONE RV!!  Our new RV has this great guarantee. We are guaranteed that something will break on each and every trip.  We've replaced so many things on it but the big one was when the suspension broke. Yep, it was fairly new and bam, busted on a road trip!  We had a temporary fix done on the road and when we were back to town we knew the whole suspension had to come out and be redone. Rogers did a fabulous job. It was an extensive, time consuming, custom, labor intensive and customer nagging job. The job was well done and this new suspension will far outlast this poorly made trailer. We are very thankful for this hardworking, honest family and a job very well done!

Very helpful staff, they put together an auxiliary battery kit for me on the spur of the moment, and also mounted a tire to a rim while I waited. Friendly, helpful, good experience with trailers. I will use them as my go-to trailer place from now on.

I've used their service a few times and the experience is what you hope all service businesses are like, but they are rare. A family run business that has real experience and know how. Friendly and great service. They did a hitch and electric for me last year, and I need another done. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

We started a family vacation from Los Angeles, through San Jose, to Yellowstone, in an RV we rented from a private rental. When we got to San Jose, the electrical in the RV was dead. I called Rogers on a Saturday afternoon and explained the problem and my situation. The lady on the phone was very nice.  She said they were closed Sundays and would be closing in a couple hours, but if could get there soon, they would stay late and repair it if possible.  When we got there, Ryan helped us.  He was very friendly and very helpful.  He spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting. Ends up the batteries were weak, and I had the fridge set on DC (battery). New batteries would be about $1000 and Ryan suggested we make do and let the owner buy batteries. Ryan explained how we could work around the battery situation and even offered to babysit the RV while I ran off to my son's tournament. I got back just before they closed and Ryan verified the RV was working ok (generator was charging the batteries). When I asked for the bill Ryan said he didn't do anything so there was no charge.  When I offered a tip, he initially said no, but I forced it on him.
I was in a pickle, being at the start of a vacation. They could have added parts/service and charged me a lot and I would have paid.

I can't give enough praise to the people at Roger's. Thank you for the great service and for helping make what started as a nightmare vacation into a awesome family vacation.

I always look to Yelp for reviews on a business, but I'm a little skeptical when the place has all 5 stars. I decided to try this place out because it was a family owned shop. When I pulled in they were packed with RV's and Toyhaulers, which to me is a good sign.

They did quality work and I'm impressed. Ryan the Service Manager was very helpful. He even helped me set up the hitch height since I had just lifted my truck. I got my toyhauler serviced and repaired. The prices were very reasonable. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in the area or even from out of the area. And yes, it's is a 5 Star business

Found these guys on Yelp. Asked to install solar panels on my old RV and do some wiring work, like pull solar cables through roof, and from battery compartment to solar charger etc. I forgot to buy some parts like those to actually attach solar panels to the roof, which was not a problem, Ryan made these in just a few minutes! Beautiful job!Thank you, Ryan!

These guys are great!  I've brought my trailer in several times for major repairs, and have been impressed with their professionalism and quality.  They are easy and pleasant to work with.

We have been dealing with the folks at Rogers for over 20 years and 3 different trailers. There is virtually nothing they can't or won't do and do right to get you or keep you on the road and in your camp site. Family owned and operated they make you feel like you are family also. From parts to service they have and do it all on time and at reasonable prices absolutely no surprises when you deal with them.
